Cooking with Remy - For Grandpa Asche

I received some cookie making supplies from my parents for Christmas and my dad requested a cooking with Remy blog. My sisters have both done hilarious cooking blogs with their respective kids and I had yet to do one. So here goes!



Here is the cast of cooking ingredients. I was given a mix so I only had to add butter and an egg. Remy was particularly taken with the big container of cookie cutters.



Mmmmm.... butter

"How am I supposed to stir the ingredients in a bowl as big as me?!"


Alas, Remy was not interested in completing this post. I guess he agrees with his daddy, men are not supposed to be in the kitchen. Maybe he will be more amenable to it next time if we do something like...steak.


Sold out for an excersaucer!

I don't have pictures of the finished product because, I'm ashamed to say, I didn't cut out the cookies or put frosting on with sprinkles. Partly because Remy was in the other room fussing and partly because I was starving and had nothing to eat so I just slapped the dough in the pan and ate them when they got out of the oven.

Hopefully my next Cooking with Remy post will be a little more successful!
