Top 10 reason's I am excited about our new house

We are closing on our new house this week and I couldn't be more excited. I have been trying not to think about it too much because after the kind of rough year we have had its hard to be optimistic about anything - but it appears this is actually happening!
So in honor of that I thought I would make a list of the top 10 reasons I am excited about the new place (thus the blog name...)

10. We can finally unpack all of our things that have been packed away/half unpacked since we moved in March.
9. Wonderful storage space in the basement
8. It has central air
7. It has new windows, new roof, new siding and new furnace
6. A closet for Nic's hunting things so I won't have to trip over them every time I go to get a jacket or walk into the laundry room as I currently do.
5. No nasty Boxelder bugs!
4. Remy will have his very own room instead of living outside of our door
3. New washer and dryer!
2. New Kitchen complete with a new dishwasher!
1. It will be OURS.

I am so excited to move in and unpack our things and try to decorate (although thats tricky without money so that will probably take awhile)! Mostly I am excited to have a place that will finally be home.

Remy had a photo shoot with my friend Molly on Saturday which is the day he turned 3 Months. I haven't had time to go through the photographs yet and probably won't until after we move but I am posting a picture that I took off of Molly's flickr website. Remy absolutely loved Molly. Generally he won't look at other people if I am in his view but he rarely took his eyes off Molly. I guess he has good taste in people like me - haha. He wasn't interested in smiling though so most of his pictures look pretty serious, but still stinkin adorable!
Remy was baptized on Sunday as well and Molly was kind enough to take pictures at the service and afterwards. Hopefully I will get around to posting those someday too!
